PETUA untuk dijadikan AMALAN

Tahukah anda mengamal minum secawan air teh "O" setiap pagi boleh mengawal berat badan anda? IsyaAllah jika anda mengamalkannya, berat badan anda akan berkurangan (memang terbukti keberkesanan) .

Al-Quran juga ada mengajar kita menjaga kesihatan spt membuat amalan spt:

1. Mandi awal pagi sebelum subuh sekurang kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari naik.. Air sejuk yang meresap
ke dalam badan boleh mengurangkan lemak berkumpul.
Kita boleh saksikan org mengamal mandi awal pagi
kebanyakan badan tak gemuk.

2. Rasulullah mengamalkan minum segelas air sejuk setiap
pagi Mujarabnya InsyaAllah jauh dari penyakit...
susah nak kena sakit).

3. Waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur
(iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit selepas
membaca doa). Ia boleh mengelak dari sakit pening
migrain.
Ini terbukti oleh para saintis membuat kajian kenapa
dalam sehari perlu kita sujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah
menemui beberapa milimeter ruang udara dalam saluran
darah di kepala yg tidak dipenuhi darah. Dengan
bersujud, maka darah akan mengalir ke ruang
berkenaan..

4. Dalam kitab juga ada melarang kita makan makanan
darat bercampur dengan makanan laut. Nabi pernah
menegah kita makan ikan bersama susu, Dihuatiri akan
cepat mendapat penyakit. Ini terbukti oleh saintis
yang menjumpai di mana dalam badan ayam mengandungi
ion (+) manakala dalam ikan mengandungi ion(-).
Jika dalam suapan ayam bercampur dengan ikan maka
terjadi tindakan balas biokimia yng trhasil yg boleh
merosakkan usus kita.

5. Nabi juga mengajar kita makan dengan tangan dan bila
habis hendaklah menjilat jari. Begitu juga ahli
saintis telah menjumpa bahawa enzime banyak
terkandung di celah jari - jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda
terdapat dalam air liur. (enzime sejenis alat
percerna makanan, tanpanya makanan tidak hadam)

Sabda Nabi, ilmu itu milik Tuhan, barang siapa
menyebarkan ilmu demi kebaikan, insyaAllah Tuhan akan
menggandakan 10 kali kepadanya.

5 Strangely Colored Beaches

Unless you're lucky enough to have visited some of the unique shorelines below you'll probably be used to seeing - at best - golden beaches on your travels. In fact a lot of people believe golden sands to be the only option when it comes to beaches. To prove otherwise, and to show off a few of the world's most uniquely coloured stretches of sand, we present the following selection....

Punalu'u Beach

Punalu'u Beach is the most visited of the few black sand beaches on Hawaii's Big Island and the stunningly black sand is actually volcanic rock, deposited as lava and subsequently cooled when met by the ocean. Apparently to take any of the sand home would result in you being cursed by a volcano goddess by the name of Pele.



Papakolea Beach

One of only 2 green sand beaches in the world, the truly magnificent sight of Papakolea Beach can be experienced by travelling to Hawaii's Ka'u district. Again, the unique colour of its sand can be attributed to volcanic activity - specifically, the green hue belongs to the abundance of olivine crystals which have been produced as a result of a nearby cinder cone erupting and eroding.

Hyams Beach

You may need to wear your shades when visiting Hyams Beach in New South Wales, Australia, but not just due to the sun. It's not surprising after looking at photos but this sublime stretch of beach is home to the whitest sand in the world, an honour awarded by the Guinness Book of Records.



Pfeiffer Beach

The hills surrounding Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur, California, are rich in Manganese Garnet. A result of this being washed down onto the beach is the colour scheme you can see above - the entire stretch of sand has become a shifting, pink and purple canvas. Although it's probably inedible, I can't help picturing a bowl of Raspberry Ripple ice-cream every time I see it.



Kaihalulu

You won't find many beaches elsewhere in the world with sand as red as this one. Kaihalulu, or Red Sand Beach, is situated on the island of Maui and can thank the neighbouring cindercone hill for its intensely deep red appearance.

Fruits

THE CORRECT WAY OF EATING FRUITS

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it,and just
popping it into our mouths. It's not so easy as you think. It's important to know how, and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

· IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!
FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss, and other life activities.

· FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots, and ferments, and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat ater-melon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat bananas, I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food, and produces gas, and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty
stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits like orange, and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did a research on this matter.

If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness, and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice -
drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT From the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat Cooked fruits, because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste.


Cooking destroys all the vitamins .

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you just let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits, and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty.
This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E & fiber. Its Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away?
Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content , it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

Drinking Cold water after meal = Cancer!

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down, and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats, and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup, HOT TEA or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks

Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

'HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE':

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly, and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly, and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, deep, and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath, and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart, and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm.

In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!
